Quality Engineer


The Quality Assurance Engineer applies, analyses and monitors the quality system standards for methods, skills and products at technical level. He acts as the company's quality representative to clients as required.


  • Implement and deploy the quality assurance plan according to internal standards and processes and customer requirement
  • Develop quality relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Extract and analyze data from the organization's various systems to track performance
  • Analyze performance and trends
  • Recommend and implement methods, processes, action plans based on plant and departmental objectives to improve product quality
  • Implement a communication plan to communicate performance indicators both externally (clients) and internally
  • Synthesize the results of analyses in order to draw out action plans
  • Steering improvement projects (system tool, process efficiency, etc.)
  • Manage ad hoc project and work teams
  • Create and manage action schedules (ISO, Audit, etc.)
  • Communicate with quality members of other plants


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

5 to 7 years of relevant experience 

Project management skills

Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality system

Knowledge on process approach and continuous improvement

Knowledge of electronics an asset

Computer knowledge

Fluency in written and spoken English and French

Synthesis ability

Good communicator
