Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer applies, analyses and monitors, at the technical level, the standards of the quality system of the product portfolio under his responsibility. He acts as a representative of the company's quality to customers.


  • Carry out and manage the deployment of the project quality assurance plan according to internal standards and procedures and client requirements
  • Recommend and implement methods or processes to improve product quality
  • Carry out certain special technical mandates, such as evaluating suppliers' quality systems and manufacturing processes, identifying risks and ensuring proactive and rigorous monitoring of action plans, assisting suppliers in the use of quality tools and processes.
  • Carry out quality monitoring of the product portfolio over its entire lifecycle
  • Establish a communication plan to communicate performance indicators both externally (clients) and internally
  • Manage and document non-conformities and customer returns, analyze and recommend solutions for product quality 


  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system
  • Knowledge of process approach and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of the electronic environment (an asset)
  • Computer knowledge
  • Fluency in French and English written and spoken
  • Synthesis spirit
  • Good communicator
