Account Manager


The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be in charge of managing the administrative steps and following-up on the various production steps in order to meet deadlines and quality standards required by the customer. You will establish and maintain a close relationship with customers.


Take charge of accounts and contracts

Coordinate quoting process
Collect forecasts and orders from customers
Ensure that contractual profitability objectives are met
Track inventory and disposal of surplus inventory (E&O)
Manage the various contractual aspects of customer accounts
Identify opportunities for sales growth among existing customers and increase the level of business

Manage customer relations

Establish and maintain close daily communications with customers
Respond to all customer requests pertaining to ongoing projects
Provide progress status of customer orders, and inform customers of any changes to such orders
Manage customer complaints effectively
Confirm and negotiate delivery dates with the customer
Coordinate production and follow up on products currently in production
Ensure POs are properly paired with quotes
Initiate and coordinate contract reviews with different stakeholders
Collect all technical documents and notify the engineering department of any changes
Create orders in the production system (MRP)
Initiate the introduction of new products
Ensure that production plans meet the customer’s delivery deadlines 
Inquire with internal suppliers about any problem that may affect the fulfillment of the promise to the customer
Negotiate with internal and external suppliers to identify solutions that meet customer requirements
Evaluate the costs of the products according to applied assembly methods and follow-up on any request for change from the customer 


  • Diploma in administration, engineering or other relevant training
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of electronic component assembly methods
  • Biliguism (French and English, both spoken and written)
  • Computer skills (Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MRP)
