Program Manager, Saint-Hubert

Varitron's head office is looking for a Program Manager!

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager is responsible for managing clients’ accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for supervising each step of the administrative process as well as following up on production operations in order to meet customers’ deadlines and quality standards. Building strong relationships with existing clients is an essential component of their daily tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure compagny meets customer contracts 

  • Define bid strategies
  • Meet contracts’ profitability objectives
  • Manage various contractual aspects of customer accounts
  • Manage risks and obligations of all commercial activities
  • Ensure accounts remain financially healthy

2. Manage client relation

  • Perform weekly review of order book
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth among existing customers and increase level of business
  • Manage priorities according to customer requirements
  • Establish sales forecasts
  • Plan and manage quarterly reviews
  • Main point of contact for assigned external customers 

3. Manage Customer Focus team activities

  • Validate open orders and plan production activities according to customer requirements in collaboration with purchasing, engineering and planning departments
  • Responsible to represent the customers needs and work with the internal teams to resolve any issues on assigned customer accounts 

 
REQUIREMENTS

  • College diploma in engineering or other relevant technical training
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience in manufacturing (electronics preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of assembly methods in electronics (asset)
  • Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills (Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MRP)
