Industrial technician

Industrial Technicians assume the role of collaborator in carrying out technical activities and help to resolve technical problems. They contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures. They can also aid in the transfer of knowledge by coaching new or less-experienced employees on their team.


  • Check the list of received equipment and parts
  • Validate technical documentation
  • Extract technical information
  • Define the manufacturing processes relating to their field of expertise
  • Produce drawings and technical documentation related to their area of expertise
  • Validate the application of production standards
  • Train employees on procedures and work methods
    • Provide training on work processes
    • Validate technical skills and maintain training records
    • Take care of technical training needs related to production lines
    • Provide mentoring and constructive feedback to employees
    • Contribute to the design of manpower training plans


2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Diploma of College Studies or Diploma of Vocational Studies in Industrial Engineering or any other relevant training
